What we collect

When you download a free resource, request a lesson, create an account, or ask a question, we collect what you type in: name, email, your role (player, parent, coach, or organization), playing level, and anything else you choose to share, such as city, phone number, athlete name and age, practice goals, or questions.

We also record simple, anonymous site activity, such as when a resource page is opened or a download button is clicked, so we can improve the site. See our Cookie Policy at /cookies for what is stored in your browser.

How we use it

To deliver the download, practice plan, or answer you asked for.

To follow up about lessons or programs you asked about.

To send occasional softball mental-performance tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site: secure website hosting and database storage, HubSpot to manage contacts and email, and an AI service that generates practice plans and first answers to questions. They only process information to provide these services to us.

Children under 13

The Next Rep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Players under 13 should have a parent or guardian sign up, request lessons, or create an account on their behalf.

If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Security

Your information is stored with access limited to the site owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
